• 24 Hour Patrol Service private patrol service consist of drive through patrols of client's property at random and unscheduled times over a 24 hour period to observe and report suspicious activity, unauthorized activity, criminal activity, fire hazards, and property rules violations. Fully marked with overhead light bar and company emblems, late model private patrol cars are highly visible when making a drive through patrol.
• 24 Hour Call Response Service Unlimited, reliable, dependable, and prompt call response service to you and or your property, as needed, on a 24 hour basis, including nights, week ends, and holidays.
• Uniformed Security Officers Private security/courtesy officers wearing a professional, distinctive, sharp looking uniform for any type duty you may designate on an hourly fee basis.
• Plainclothes Security Officers Private plainclothes security/courtesy officers available for clients who wish to maintain a "low profile" security force.
• Personal Protection Officers Plainclothes private PPO officers available for bodyguard and personal protection assignments. These officers are armed and may accompany their client to any location in Texas.
• Armed and Unarmed You may designate either "armed" or "unarmed" officers at your choice.
• Uniform Courtesy Officers For clients needing "courtesy" officers rather than "security" officers.
• Standby Escort Services Uniformed private security officers will report to a designated location at a specified date and time to stand by or perform a security escort service.
• Lock Unlock Services Uniform security/courtesy officer will perform lock up and or unlock services on dates, days, and times designated by the client.
• 24 Hour Alarm Response Prompt and reliable alarm response to private alarms by uniformed security officers in fully marked private patrol vehicles. Service will check exterior of premises and advise alarm monitoring service of observations.
• Written Reports Supplemented by Digital Photos Security/courtesy officers utilize voice recorders to preserve client report data along with digital cameras. Data and photos are transcribed daily, then posted to 5 Star web site. Clients are able to view and or print their report and photos from the web site on a 24 hour basis. In addition, clients are able to review and retrieve their previous reports and photos for the past 60 days.
• Temporary or Contract 5 Star will provide services on a short notice, temporary basis or on a long term contract basis.
• Multi-Family Properties 5 Star Security Services, Inc. provides 24 hour courtesy patrol, guard, and call response services to multi family property management firms throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
